Important: Delivery & RTO Policy

Please make sure to provide correct information and shipping details while placing your order. Provide with us your full name, shipping address with postal area pin code and near by landmark for hassle free delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, please ensure that you answer the delivery partner’s calls/messages and remain available to receive the order.

If the customer:

• Does not answer or respond to the delivery partner’s calls/messages,

• Provides incorrect or incomplete contact or shipping details, or

• Is unavailable or cannot be reached at the time of delivery,

and the order is returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin), no refund or exchange/return will be provided for the order.

For re-dispatching an RTO order, the customer must pay an additional ₹95 towards RTO & re-dispatch charges before the order can be dispatched again. The re-dispatch will only be processed after the RTO package has been received by us and the applicable charges have been paid.

Please ensure that your contact number and shipping address are correct and that you remain available to coordinate with the delivery partner and receive your order. This will help avoid unnecessary delays and additional RTO charges.
